Seb started out selling bread on a little stall on Berwick St - hence the name. When Seb wasn’t behind the stall, his mum would be (unless they were both in the pub).
Seb’s stall proves so popular they scale up with a move to Northcote Rd. There’s no pizza just yet. But that’s all about to change.
During Covid Seb starts playing around with Biga dough, and before long Breadstall starts selling pizza. It’s so popular, over time Seb ditches the loaves and focusses solely on slices. A hidden South London gem is born.
Phil & Dorian (founders of Honest Burgers) try it, love it, and team up with Seb to bring Breadstall to more people.
Breadstall opens up it’s very first slice shop on Berwick St, a full circle moment for Seb, back at the same place where it all started.
